Additionally, electrodes and workpieces can be quickly changed, while the centering reference ball prior to machining is precisely positioned using the CNC EDM machine's automatic centering function to align the spindle chuck with the workpiece's center zero point. 

This machining method also allows the workpiece to be removed at any time during machining for dimensional measurement, offering extreme convenience. 

Furthermore, the reference ball centering method ensures high-precision repeatable positioning, and its point contact characteristic effectively prevents microscopic debris from affecting positioning accuracy.
