EROWA Holder

POFI ITS Standard 50 holder compatible to EROWA holder, equivalent to part number ER-009222, ER-010793,ER-009219, ER-009223,ER-103742. be mounted with centering plate ER-009214 or ER-011599 which included 4 supporting feet each. POFI EDM tooling system cost effective but accurate solution. Our EROWA equivalent clamping solution is precision machined comes in brass, aluminium and steel material and U10,U15, U20, U25, U30, U35, U40, U45, U50, U55, U60, U65 sizes. RIFD chip hole and chip are provided if needed.

Please take a look at below, you will see how we manufacture the products:

(1) Do CNC Michining to mill out the material and shape it to meet the standard holder upper part. 

(2) Put and screw the lateral bolt inside the holder

(3) Put the centering plate on the bottom

(4) Screw up 4 supporting feets under each holder

(5) Check and adjust the height of each holder to make sure every piece of them are at the same height. 

(6) Product completed.

Erowa ITS electrode holder be mounted on the erowa chuck by spigot to clamping workpiece,the size of the electrodes and workpiece depends on the size of electrode holder you used.
